EZY Airline Company Limited, a duly registered entity under Thai law, operates as a domestic airline providing air transportation services exclusively within the Kingdom of Thailand. The Company is committed to delivering safe, seamless, and accessible travel experiences that serve the needs of local communities and passengers.

We hereby affirm that EZY Airline has no legal, commercial, or organizational affiliation with EasyJet or any of its subsidiaries. The development and use of the name “EZY Airline” are entirely independent and bear no intention to associate, imitate, or leverage the reputation of the EasyJet brand. Any resemblance in name is purely coincidental.

The Company has proactively issued public communications through its official channels to clarify this distinction, in order to prevent any potential misunderstanding among stakeholders and the public.
